Installation warranty coverage
What is covered
ATX Wallcovering stands behind the quality of our workmanship. All wallpaper installations include a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date the installation is completed. If an issue occurs as a direct result of our installation, we will correct it at no additional labor cost.
Covered workmanship issues may include:
- Seams lifting or opening due to improper installation
- Wallpaper edges lifting due to insufficient adhesive application
- Installation-related bubbles or loose areas
- Other installation defects determined to be caused by our workmanship
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover issues caused by circumstances outside of the installation itself, including:
- Defective, damaged, improperly manufactured, or discontinued wallpaper
- Color variation, printing defects, shading, or pattern inconsistencies in the material
- Normal material shrinkage or expansion
- Moisture, leaks, excessive humidity, mold, or structural movement and settling cracks
- Failure of underlying surfaces, including paint, drywall, or walls where preparation was declined or performed by others
- Damage or alterations caused by third parties, cleaners, pets, or other contractors
